[and there's shifting, when hiro peeks over the edge of the bed in the dark. he looks at tadashi for a moment... and then he offers his fist.]

[ tadashi looks up at him, a little surprised. there's a moment of hesitation, but it lasts just a split second, and then he reaches up to bump knuckles with his brother. ]
